Can photographs be reproduced on to Tea Towels?
Yes. We can reproduce photographs on to material. Sometime this process can carry a photograph processing fee. please contact us for further deatils. Photographic manipulation may be expensive if we are arranging several photographs each requiring different enlargements/reductions in a complex arrangement.
How and when do we pay?
Before any work can begin on a design we ask for a deposit, this is dependant on how many of the particular product is required. We will send out an invoice with your order which must be paid within 21 days. Unfortunatley we do not take credit cards, so all payments must be made by cheque or bank transfer (please contact for further details).
Can we order reprints?
Yes. We keep your design, making reprints easy to order. Please check the prices section of the website for minimum quantites.
What is the best way to send in artwork?
For initial discussion of your idea please contact us. However, if you already have finished artwork this should be in BLACK (or greyscale in the case of photographs) and in proportion to the finished print area (i.e. for tea towels print area is 28” x 17”). Artwork can also be sent by email to graphics@artscreenprints.co.uk.If you wish to submit artwork electronically, it is preferable to send on a disc at the best quality and resolution. (If you are uncertain about resolution please contact our Art Department for further advice.) We can open most file extensions including JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PDF, PSD, etc. If you wish Art Screen Prints to originate your artwork, wherever possible, please send us original photographs, drawings or sketches. When sending artwork by post it is advantageous that it is packed flat between two sheets of rigid or semi-rigid card.
Do you supply a Proof prior to printing?
We always send an A4 paper proof for your approval prior to printing, which can be either posted or emailed to you free of charge. We can also supply a three quarter size proof charged at £7.50 + VAT
Can Art Screen Print layout the design for us?
Yes. If necessary we can assist with the layout of your artwork by supplying mock-ups from your sketches. This service assumes a deposit has been paid.
