SCREEN ORIGINATION CHARGES from your ‘print-ready’ artwork are INCLUDED in the above prices irrespective of the quantity ordered – we keep the screen for the life of your design.

For initial discussion of your idea please contact us. However, if you already have finished artwork this should be in BLACK (or greyscale in the case of photographs) and in proportion to the finished print area (i.e. for white or cream tea towels print area is 28” x 17” and for linen/cotton tea towels print area is 27” x 17”.)

If you wish Art Screen Prints to originate your artwork, wherever possible, please send us original photographs, drawings or sketches. When sending artwork by post it is advantageous that it is packed flat between two sheets of rigid or semi-rigid card.

If you wish to submit artwork electronically, it is preferable to send on a disc at the best quality and resolution. (If you are uncertain about resolution please contact our Graphics Department for further advice.) We can open most file extensions including JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PDF, PSD, etc.

If necessary we can assist with the layout of your artwork by supplying mock-ups from your sketches. This service assumes a deposit has been paid.

Photographic manipulation may be expensive if we are arranging several photographs each requiring different enlargements/reductions in a complex arrangement.

We always send an A4 paper proof for your approval prior to printing.

PRINTING, QUALITY & SAMPLES:	Single colour printing (For colours go to Question page). All our products are of high quality fabric, manufacture and printing – we do not use cheap foreign imports. Please contact us for any samples you may require – samples are returnable (except for tea towels).
BORDERS:	For Tea Towels only – choice of either pictorial or line borders available at no extra cost – please contact us for samples.
DELIVERY:	Tea Towels & Aprons – usually within 3 weeks from receipt of artwork which has been approved by you. Bags – up to 4 weeks delivery from receipt of artwork approved by you.
CARRIAGE:	Carriage is included to a U.K. address. Guaranteed “Next Day”, “Before Noon” or Urgent deliveries carry a surcharge of £5.00. Additional Carrier charges may apply for URGENT deliveries (i.e. less than 1 week?)
TERMS:	28 days from receipt of goods – we usually send the invoice with your printed order.
